Keep Close is a private space for sharing monthly letters with people you choose. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Keep Close. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password private.
Your letters, photos, and replies remain yours. By posting them you give us permission to store and display them to the friends you have accepted, and to anyone you deliberately send a share link to. We do not sell your content, use it to train models, or show it to anyone you have not connected with.
There is no place on Keep Close for content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that targets or endangers anyone. The same goes for spam, scams, and impersonation.
We take this seriously and act on it:
Accounts that post objectionable content or abuse other people may be suspended or deleted without notice.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile inside the app. Deletion permanently removes your letters, photos, favorites, reactions, replies, and friendships.
Keep Close is provided as is, free of charge. We may change or discontinue features. We do our best to keep your data safe and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
